What happens after the 14-day Pro trial?
You decide. Without payment details your account simply continues on Free, nothing is lost. Your journals stay.
What are credits and are they enough?
Every question to Edge uses a little AI computing time, measured in credits. Starter is enough for a few conversations a day, Pro for regular coaching and chart reviews.
Can I switch or cancel at any time?
Yes. Upgrading and downgrading is done in your account, the difference is charged pro rata. You cancel the monthly plan with two clicks.
How is billing done?
Securely via Stripe, by card or SEPA. Prices are net, the VAT of your country is added (20 % in Austria). Businesses with a VAT ID pay net. On the yearly plan you pay for ten months and use twelve.
